What We Believe
Healing happens together.
We heal in relationship—with people who witness us, make room for us, challenge us, laugh with us, and remind us that we belong.
Self-help can't hug you.
Books, podcasts, routines, and good advice can be helpful. But they can't replace the experience of being known, supported, and loved by another human.
You are not a project.
You don't need to endlessly improve, optimize, or reinvent yourself to deserve connection. You're allowed to be a person in process.
Creativity belongs to everyone.
You don't have to be an artist to make something. Creativity invites curiosity, play, expression, connection, and a little more room to breathe.
Participation matters more than perfection.
Come as you are. Try something. Make a mess. Meet someone. Let showing up be enough.
There is room for you here.
You can come alone. You can bring a friend. You can be outgoing, awkward, uncertain, excited, tired, or entirely new to this. The table is set, and there is a place for you.
