We believe that healing happens together.
We're all for growth, healing, reflection, and becoming more fully ourselves. We just don't believe we were meant to do any of it alone.

What is the *Anti Self Help Club?
The Anti Self Help Club is a playful rebellion against the idea that we should be able to fix, heal, and figure out everything by ourselves.
It is a community-centered offshoot of The Well in Downtown Mesa—created to help people gather, make things, try something new, and experience the kind of connection that can't be downloaded, optimized, or accomplished alone.
We host creative workshops, community art nights, paint nights, and hang out at markets for people to participate in real life.
No perfect version of you is required.
We heal in relationship—with people who witness us, make room for us, challenge us, laugh with us, and remind us that we belong.
Books, podcasts, routines, and good advice can be helpful. But they can't replace the experience of being known, supported, and loved by another human. We need real hugs from real people.
You don't need to endlessly improve, optimize, or reinvent yourself to deserve connection. You're allowed to be a person in process.
Good news: there is no application, initiation ceremony, or required morning routine.
Call the friend. Pull up another chair. Accept the invitation. You don't need to buy anything or attend an event to be part of the club — just choose people over going it alone.
Join us for Paint Night, Art Night, studio workshops, and community gatherings hosted by The Well. Come alone or bring someone with you. Friends are meant to be shared. There's plenty of love to go around.
